What kind of house do you live in? 
A tent. I live in a tent.

Where? 
In Moria.

Can you describe the situation in general?
The situation is bad, the situation is absolutely bad.

Who do you live with? 
My wife, my children and I.

Can you tell me, what is your daily routine? 
Since we entered ten months ago, the same routine.

What is this routine? 
That is all sleep, cigarettes, walking and trips. It is all the same way. It is pure boredom.

What are the things that make you happy in life?
Nothing entertains us. Impossible!

In general, including when you were living in Syria, what entertains you in life?
Of course, I used to get entertained in Syria, but when the situation happened, nothing entertained me anymore.

What were the things that entertained you?
There is no safety. There is absolutely nothing, everything has gone away in a bad situation.

What were the things that used to entertain you?
I used to go to work, hang out with my wife and children, go to the sea and many other places. 

How has life been since your arrival in the European Union till now? 
I swear I have suffered a lot and a very bad situation since I arrived from Turkey till here. I have suffered a lot!

Do you think there is life?
I swear it is not a normal life! Here the situation is very bad.

What is the good thing for you to be here?
Not a single day, not an hour, or a minute has got a good thing for me.

What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever experienced here?
The most difficult thing is that you have a bad eating situation and toilets. Neither electricity nor water. There is nothing you wish for. For example, I am very old, with diseases, there is nothing to refresh you! 

Can you describe what living here made you look like? 
My condition is extremely difficult! I have heart disease and herniated discs in my legs due to sleeping difficulties.

Could you describe it in one word?
Bad situation! 

What is the feeling of being away from your home country?
Thinking in pain! Is there anyone who does not love his country?. May God release the Arab nation. May Allah release the whole Arab nation to all the nations of Muhammad.

Have you ever imagined that it would be possible to live with this situation? 
Impossible, and I didn’t even think about it for a moment 

Do you think that you have improved the ability to deal with these changes and these complexities? 
No 

Didn’t improve? How has Corona affected you in terms of well-being and daily life? 
It was forbidden to move. It was forbidden to go to toilets! Bad toilets and diseases. There was no soap and shampoo! A pitiful life! 

Why have you left your hometown? Can you describe what happened?
I left because of the situation and so on!

Could you tell me? How did you feel when you left your country?
Torment and crying until we reached Greece. We thought we are going to be happy when we reach Europe. 

Describe your feeling in one word. Feeling of leaving your country in one word.
A bad situation, I have nothing to say more than this.

How was your trip to the United nation? 
I only arrived in Greece with a thousand woes, if anything. I lost everything, I have borrowed money in order to travel through the sea. They have arrested us seven times and beaten my wife, my children and I!

Did you have a particularly difficult and unforgettable experience during your trip to Europe?
The problem that happened between me and the Turkish police. This is what I can’t forget. I can’t forget at all.

Do you think about these events continuously?
Permanently!

Is there a specific thing you think about? 
With God’s help to get away with my family from this hell.

What do you feel when thinking about the events that you have been through? 
We’ve been through.

What is your feeling? 
I was afraid about my children because they would do anything to them! So I walked on.

Does the situation that you face affects you daily and how? 
Continuously influential! All here knows that I visited the doctors a million times! They give me painkillers

In what way does it affect you?
Everything, physically and …… There’s no …………. 

How were you able to survive and live with these things? Is there someone who supported you? Have you used a specific mechanism to get things along?
No

Despite the poor situation, you coexist! 
Is this considered a living! This is not a living! If I show you the tent ..

I can notice that. But at least, you found opening of light, at least you prepared a place to stay in! How did you get along? 
There was not a minute or a moment of joy throughout the ten months.

Before leaving your country, what was your dream?
My only dream is to secure my children and their study.

Before leaving your home, what was your future dream? I mean before the war, before the accident that led you to leave your home. What was your dream? You can say my dream before leaving my home and complete it because it must be falsified in order for someone to write. Tell me it was my dream. 
I used to live in al-Numan. My dream was for my children to complete their studies and continue their lives 

Before leaving your home, I mean, in Al-Nahda, going out to Europe. What is your dream for the future? Can you say it was my dream for the future.
The first time I left my home and before leaving the Turkish borders. I had a phone call informing me that my house was burnt. They sent me pictures of my burnt house! Who burnt it? I have no idea, either this group or that! Nothing remained! So my dream now is only to continue my children’s study and at least a house in our homeland! Once they get back, they find a house! I have nothing in my homeland! 

Before leaving your homeland, what were your strengths? 
I’ve been sick for a long time. I was supposed to have a chest surgery in Syria. They have threatened me a lot, “you will not have a long lifetime!” I told them to keep it like this.

What are your strengths? I mean, for example, my strength point is that I love children.
This is hundred percent true! Is there anyone who doesn’t love his children?

Some people draw their strength from their children 
They should do more than we did! They should achieve their dreams.

Where do you draw your strength from?
From my children! I derive my strength from my children. I am thirty six, so my children will support my back.

You have gone through difficult situations, do you feel that you have evolved mentally due to this situation? Have you experienced and learned something from this difficult experience?
Of course we learned a lot of things. It taught us alot! But we should be patient.

What are your dreams, your hopes for the future now? Could you say my dreams for the future now 
The most important thing is my children’s future

Could you say my dreams and hopes
I want to get to a country. My dreams and hopes for the future is to reach Germany. To enroll children in schools and to be happy! To have a normal, decent life

I don’t! But Allah will release us from the Islamic Ummah and I hope to arrive Germany.
